By accessing or using ContentX, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

ContentX is an AI-powered English language learning platform that provides reading, listening, writing, speaking, grammar, and vocabulary exercises. Our service is offered "as is" and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account
  • All activity under your account
  • Providing accurate information
  • Keeping your login credentials confidential

One account per person. Sharing accounts is prohibited.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the service for any illegal activity
  • Attempt to bypass payment or credit systems
  • Reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt our services
  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools
  • Submit harmful, abusive, or offensive content
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Resell or redistribute our service
  • Violate any laws or third-party rights

⚠ Important: We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate accounts engaged in illegal activity, abuse, or violation of these terms — without refund.

5. Subscription & Payment

Pricing: Subscription prices are displayed at checkout and may change with notice.

Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.

Payment processing: All payments are processed securely by Dodo Payments. We do not store your payment details.

Failed payments: If a payment fails, your access may be suspended until the issue is resolved.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription anytime through:

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, unused time, or after cancellation. Cancel anytime to stop future charges.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and design of ContentX (including logos, text, graphics, and software) are owned by us and protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Content you submit (writing samples, speech) remains yours, but you grant us a license to process it for service delivery.

8. AI-Generated Content

ContentX uses AI to generate exercises, feedback, and translations. AI output may occasionally contain errors. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy. Use generated content as a learning aid, not as professional advice.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for:

  • Violation of these terms
  • Illegal activity
  • Suspected fraud or abuse
  • Failure to pay fees
  • Long periods of inactivity

Upon termination, your access will be revoked immediately, and no refund will be provided.

10. Limitation of Liability

ContentX is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

  • Service interruptions or downtime
  • Loss of data or progress
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Third-party service issues

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith communication first, then through proper legal channels if needed.
